Ayoub Alatmani is a young and ambitious coach and the Founder of Elite Performing Athletes, bringing years of coaching experience and a strong passion for developing young footballers. Having coached from a young age, Ayoub has gained valuable experience both on and off the pitch, which he now uses to create opportunities for the next generation. Alongside leading Elite Performing Athletes, Ayoub is also a Scout at Stevenage Football Club, giving him valuable insight into player development and talent identification.

Jahleel Nkwocha
U11–U13 Lead Coach
Jahleel Nkwocha is a young and passionate coach with a strong desire to help young players develop and improve. Always willing to learn and become better, Jahleel brings great energy to every session and has a natural ability to engage and connect with young players, making sessions both enjoyable and effective.
Nelson Diego
U14–U16 Lead Coach
Nelson Diego brings a unique approach to coaching, combining energy, creativity and attention to detail to deliver high-quality sessions. His ability to engage players and create a positive learning environment helps young athletes develop both their skills and confidence on the pitch.

How do I join the the Elite Development Centre?
Simply fill in our form on the website with your basic details and we will get in touch!
Can I trial for free?
Of course! All players are allowed to have a free training session to allow them to make a decision on whether they’d like to continue and if it’s the right environment for them.
How does the Elite Development Centre work?
At our Elite Development Centre, we offer 1 training session a week which will be taken by FA Qualified Coaches. We will organise friendlies, showcases & talents ids throughout the season depending on schedules.
Will there be a pathway into academy football if I join the Elite Development Centre?
100%! We have scouts and coaches who work at a range of academies from Cat 3 to Cat 1. We most definitely are always pushing to give out opportunities for those who work hard for it.
Where is the centre based?
Our Elite Development Centre is based in Enfield.
